A personal family present to Queen Victoria for her Diamond Jubilee on 23 June 1897 from her grandchildren including Emperor Nicholas II and Alexandra Feodorovna. This brooch of diamonds and sapphires includes in its design the number 60 in Slavonic characters enclosed within the heart-shaped mount of diamonds.
