  • Large rectangular box in lapis lazuli with hinged lid inset with two silver medallions depicting the ciphers of Queen Elizabeth II and the King of Bahrain, with single silver banding around lid; rectangular black leather presentation case with Queen Elizabeth II cipher and Bahrain coat of arms tooled in silver on lid. The left roundel on the lid features the coat of arms of the King of Bahrain. The five indentations to the top of the shield represent the Five Pillars of Islam: faith, prayers, charity, fasting and pilgrimage to Mecca.
