A watercolour showing St. Elizabeth of Hungary and the Miracle of the Roses. St. Elizabeth is shown full-length, standing and facing forward. She is shown wearing a white gown with a blue cross, a crown and a cloak. She is holding a large bunch of roses which is partially hidden by her cloak. A young man is shown standing to the right. He is shown full-length and from behind, with a large dog at his side. A village is shown behind them and a palace is shown high on a hill to the right.
