Queen Victoria stayed in the Villa Hohenlohe, Baden-Baden, from 29 March to 10 April 1876, before getting the train to Coburg where she stayed at the Palais Edinburg until 20 April 1876. During her stay in Coburg, Queen Victoria visited her son Prince Alfred who had a house there.
