An album containing 150 drawings by Queen Victoria. The drawings, which date from 1864 to 1878, show views of landscapes near Balmoral Castle, Osborne House and Windsor Castle. The album also contains drawings documenting the visits Queen Victoria made to Switzerland, in 1868, and Baden-Baden, in 1872.  

The album is half-bound with buff suede binding, and blue leather spine and corners. A gilt title inscribed SKETCHES on a blue leather square is attached to the front of the volume.
