Part of Sandringham House is shown behind, poking up above the trees, with a flagpole and flying flag. Inscribed lower left: Sandringham Jan '72 Queen Victoria stayed at Sandringham House from 27 December 1871 to 2 January 1872 as a guest of her eldest son Albert Edward, Prince of Wales.
