The glen is shown snaking around to the right, with trees shown on a hill to the right. Inscribed lower left: [illegible word] Oct: 5. 1868. While staying at Balmoral Queen Victoria made many expeditions to local beauty spots. On 5 October 1868, the Queen visited Loch Builg with her daughter Princess Beatrice.
