A watercolour showing a view from one of the bedroom windows at the Rosenau, Coburg. A small village is shown to the left surrounded by trees and fields. Inscribed below pasted down sheet: From my window at the Rosenau - Aug: & Sept: 1865. Queen Victoria visited Coburg for the unveiling of the Prince Consort's memorial statue on 26 August 1865, staying at the Rosenau from 11 August to 5 September 1865.
