Princess Charlotte visited her Grandmother, Queen Victoria, with her Mother, Victoria, Princess Royal, her Father, The Crown Prince of Prussia and her older brother Prince Wilhelm. They arrived in England on 26 June 1861 and stayed until 16 August 1861. During their stay Princess Charlotte celebrated her first birthday on 24 July 1861.
