An ink drawing showing Victoria, Princess Royal. She is shown full-length, from behind, standing with one arm out to the side. She is wearing a checked nineteenth-century style child's dress, tied at the back with a ribbon. Her hair has been done in two plaits.

Queen Victoria describes drawing the Princess Royal in her "new little pale green silk frock, which showed off her pretty little figure so nicely." in her journal entry of 16 April 1843. -
