A pencil drawing showing a self-portrait of Princess Victoria aged 13. She is shown half-length, facing forward, seated in a high-backed chair. Her hands are resting on an unknown object in front of her. She is dressed in early-nineteenth-century style costume. Inscribed lower left: P.V.f. Beaumaris August 10th 1832.
Princess Victoria visited Wales in 1832 as part of a series of Royal progresses organised by her mother, The Duchess of Kent, staying at Beaumaris from 6 to 24 August 1832. -
