Description

A calligraphic treatment in watercolour of an excerpt from Carol Ann Duffy's poem 'Rings'. Duffy wrote Rings to celebrate the wedding of HRH Prince William of Wales and Miss Catherine Middleton at Westminster Abbey on 29 April 2011. It focuses on the image of the ring and the many kinds of rings found in nature.Signed with the artist's monogram in the lower left corner, and with the poet's signature in the lower right corner.
