Description

A set of "Cartier" dolls jewellery consisting of a necklace, bracelet and brooch made of gold, blue enamel, white stone and lapis lazuli beads. The bracelet and necklace of numerous strings which are twisted. Contained in a white leather box marked 'F'.

Provenance

State Gift to Princess Elizabeth and Princess Margaret Rose from the Children of France. Given to them during a State Visit to France by the King and Queen in 1938.
