Description

A watercolour showing the interior of the theatre, after a sketch by John Winston. The scene is as RL 17132 but without the figures in the centre. Oppé has suggested that the number '26' in Schnebbelie's inscription 'may denote that it is the 26th repetition, for the purpose of extra-illustration'.
