A pen and ink and wash drawing showing the Round Tower at Windsor Castle from the Black Rod. The Tower has scaffolding on the left side, with a ladder and work platform. The sheet is inscribed at the bottom in pen and brown ink, 'Round Tower Windsor Ca', and numbered 14 at the top at the centre in pencil. Mounted on a sheet of paper with a double pen and ink line border. The drawing is loosely executed and similar in technique to RCIN 914562. Possibly a sketch taken on the spot.
