Recto: a drawing of the head and the bust of a grotesque female in profile to the right; the drawing has been cut off so that her eye and the upper part of her head are missing. Verso: diagrams of an eye, geometrical figures, and some writing in Leonardo's hand, some of it crossed through. This is a fragment from the Codex Atlanticus, folio 141 recto-b, verso-c.
