Recto: a drawing of a bearded man in windblown drapery, wielding a sword; his outline is traced from the figure on the verso. Verso: an engraving probably showing an allegorical or mythical scene, in which a naked man threatens a woman with a whip; in the background three figures are gathered around an altar upon which is the body of a goat or sheep; inscribed lower left; Caracius pinxit. Inscribed lower right; Fontana.F.
