A black chalk, pen and ink and wash drawing of St Michael driving out Satan and his angels. A study for a complete composition, inscribed on the verso: No. 18 JS. The drawing is not connected with an identified composition, but there are four more drawings in the Windsor album (RCINs 907050, 907048, 907047 and 907049) and a drawing of St Michael and four angels in the album in the Accademia, Venice.
