A drawing of a fortifiied town with its defenders crowding the battlements, and the Roman army amassed around it, ready to attack. Several soldiers are scaling the walls. The scene is surrounded by decorative borders with military trophies, and an empty cartouche above. Inscribed within the upper border: Publius Cornelius, Scipio in Hispania Nouam Cartaginem D[u]ce uno expugnauit. With RCIN 906864 and 906866, this is proably a design for a series of tapestries.
