Group of angels with musical instruments, executed in red chalk on blue paper with touches of white heightening. Inscribed in the upper right in a later hand: 'de man del Pordenon'.
The drawing corresponds with a fresco in the Parish church in Lestans, painted by Pomponio Almateo, a pupil of Giovanni Antonio Pordenone, (see Popham and Wilde, The Italian drawings of the XV and XVI centuries at Windsor Castle, no.746).
