A drawing of the Madonna, kneeling in prayer, turned three-quarters to the right. The complex folds of her garments have been given particular attention, and the sheet has been squared for enlargement. This is a study for the figure of the Madonna in the The Adoration of the Shepherds, Museo Nazionale, Naples. See also RCIN 906066.
