A study of a male head, looking up to the right. Popham tentatively connected the drawing with Arpino's Raising of Lazarus in the Galleria Corsini, Rome (Inv. 41), of 1593.
A compositional study by Arpino for the same painting is in the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford (Inv. 823). Another drawing is in Berlin (Kupferstichkabinett, K.d.Z. 15273).
