A portrait drawing of the head and shoulders of a woman; turned three-quarters to the right. She wears a lace collar, and pearl earrings and necklace.
The old mount of this drawing bore the inscription Orlandi pittrice miniatura, which may refer either to the sitter or to the artist, but no painter of this name seems to be recorded.Provenance
Probably acquired by George III in 1762 as part of the collection of Cardinal Alessandro Albani
