A drawing of a group of figures, including cardinals, attending Urban VIII as he inspects a plan held by a kneeling attendant. Manual workers are busy with the fortification project on the right. This is a study for a painting on paper in a room on the north fornt of the Palazzo Barberini. See RCIN 904507.
