A drawing of a design for a tomb; the arms at the top are those of the Barberini, with a cardinal's hat. Inscribed; Pietro da Cortona Annag. Coronna de' Pittori. This is a copy after an original design by Cortona, for a monument to the novelist and poet John Barclay (d. 1621), Staatliche Graphische Sammlung, Munich (Inv no. 2631Z).

Probably acquired by George III in 1762 as part of the collection of Cardinal Alessandro Albani; first recorded in a Royal Collection inventory of c.1800-1820
