-
An offset of a drawing of a putto, full length, apparently resting on a ledge. He supports himself on his left elbow. He raises above his head in his right hand a drapery, which falls to the right behind him.
Another offset taken from the same drawing as RCIN 902793, but not retouched, is in the Kunstmuseum, Dusseldorf (inv. no. FP 10415). A connected drawing is in the British Museum (inv. no. 1952-1-21-41). All of these drawings are related to a figure in the frieze of putti painted in full colour as opposed to grisaille, immediately above the arcade in the drum of the crossing in the Cathedral at Piacenza.
