A lithograph reproducing the fresco of God appears to Abraham painted by the workshop of Raphael (c.1517-19) in the vault of the fourth bay of the Raphael Loggia in the Vatican. Passavant (see Bibliographic References) noted that the lithographs in this publication, made from drawings by Nicola Consoni (1814-84) of the frescoes, were made 'in the manner of woodcuts'.
