A print after the so-called Madonna of Monteluce, a painting completed in 1525 by Giulio Romano and Giovanni Francesco Penni partially after designs by Raphael, to whom the commission was originally entrusted in 1503. The painting is currently housed in the Pinacoteca Vaticana, Vatican City (inv. no.40359). Lettered with production details. Published in I piu celebri quadri delle diverse Scuole Italiane riuniti nell'Appartamento Borgia del Vaticano, Rome 1820.
