An engraving reproducing (in reverse) the figures of St Elizabeth (?) and of another female saint from the so-called Madonna dell’Impannata, a painting generally attributed to Raphael's workshop after a design by the master (c.1513-16) now in the Galleria Palatina, Palazzo Pitti, Florence (inv. no.94). Lettered with production details, title and dedication. The legend below the image indicates that the painting was then in the [Louvre] Museum in Paris (where the painting was displayed between 1799 and 1816 after having been taken from Florence). The figures are identified on the print as St Anne and St Catherine.
