An engraving after a painting now in the Musei Civici, Pinacoteca Malaspina, Pavia (inv. no.306). Lettered with production details. The painting - which Ruland (1876) catalogued as being then in the possession of Marchese Luigi Malaspina di Sannazaro, Pavia - is a copy of Raphael’s Holy Family with the Lamb (1507; see RCIN 850778 for a photograph of this painting).
Showing the Christ Child astride the lamb, supported by the Virgin Mary, with St Joseph standing on the right; in a landscape. -
