A photograph of a fragment of a preparatory cartoon now in the Musée Fabre, Montpellier (inv. no.3186), executed by Raphael (1507-08) for his so-called Tempi Madonna (1507-08) now in the Alte Pinakothek, Munich (inv. no.WA 796). The composition corresponds to the painting, with only minor alterations. The photographed drawing has been cut to an oval. See RCIN 850719 for a photograph of the painting.
