A hand-coloured print of a clergyman asleep at a table. His hands are crossed over his ample girth and his left foot is bandaged from gout. Across the table is seated a slim, bespectacled clerk, earnestly reading from a paper that he holds in both hands, apparently unaware that his companion has fallen asleep.
