A hand-coloured print of an overweight and wealthy couple asleep in their well-appointed drawing room. A table stands between them with a bowl of punch and glass decanters. On the wall behind is plan of proposed improvements to the Cattle Market in Smithfield and above the door is a picture of Wapping Docks, a hint as to how the couple became so wealthy. On the right, a young girl canoodles with her male lover at the harpsichord. Below, an extract from Plumb's Diary where nothing of significance occurs. Inscribed in the plate: Pubd May 20th 1810 by Thos Tegg No 111 Cheapside / Price one shilling colored / Rowlandson Del
