A hand-coloured print of Admiral Keppel who rides on the back of a veteran sailor who is missing an eye and uses crutches. They advance towards Greenwich Hospital. The Admiral bestows privileges on another Naval Commander by shaking hands with him. Meanwhile, other disabled veterans look on in disgust. On the right, another veteran lies against a stone at the gates to the Hospital. Coloured impression of RCIN 810008.
