An engraving of a satire against non-conformists: in an upper room, at top left, a conference of the Cabal from which a ray of light shines down on the table in the centre of the print, with a ribbon that extends to link to the scene at right, where is depicted "Little Isaac" (Pennington), next to the Pope. In the centre is a table, around which sit a committee of men representing Protestant sects, with a number of papers and a ribbon above the table. This print is inscribed with letters and missing the letterpress explanation with the key and publication details (London, printed by Mary Clark for Henry Brome at the Gun in St Paul's Churchyard, 1680) , which is found in a different version of the British Museum.
This print is pasted on the verso of folio 37 of the Dutch Drolls album (RCIN 970362): the album was originally compiled by Cassiano dal Pozzo with 99 prints inlaid in 72 folios; other 24 were added - possibly in the 19th century - mainly pasting the prints on the back of the existing sheets. -
