Description

RAF Air Officer's Service Dress cap, 1932 pattern (to go with No. 1 Dress Uniform). Dark blue/grey peaked cap with fabric crown and leather peak overlaid with gilt metal thread leaves; black mohair band around and black patent leather chin strap. The Special Air Officer's badge on the front, a gold wire wreath with crown and lion above, overlaid with a gilt metal eagle.
