A Silver Jubilee manuscript address with a foliate border depicting the national flowers of Great Britain and Ireland on a red background, on an ivory roller with carved finials. It is kept in a rectangular, wooden presentation box with hinged lid bearing the colonial badge of Hong Kong - a crown above a scene of three merchants and a pile of cargo with a Chinese junk and European style ship in the mid-ground, the background shows mountains and buildings; all contained within a garter.
