A Silver Jubilee address, embroidered in gold thread on purple velvet, mounted onto card. It originally would have been presented in its accompanying cylindrical white metal casket, decorated with pierced floral foliate pattern and central blank cartouche. All in a purple velvet covered box with hinged lid embroidered with the emblem of the Scouts Association on the lid and lined with yellow silk.
