A kneeling Chinese warrior wearing body armour, his hair tied up in a bun and with a short moustache, sculpted in dark grey clay. The sculpture is a small-scale replica of the kneeling archer from the Terracotta Army of Emperor Qin Shi Huang (259-210 BC), first Emperor of China, which was discovered in Shaanxi province in 1974.
