Engraving of Charles I as Prince of Wales. Half length with short hair, lace collar, embroidered doublet, mantle, and Garter Collar with George. Within an oval border bearing Latin inscription, with crown and Prince of Wales feathers above, and coat of arms and English inscription below. Borders trimmed. A possible second state, for first state see RCIN 680688 and for third state see RCIN 680689.
