Pair of 2.5 inch bore bronze guns, with inscriptions "TAKEN AT MANDALAY 1886" AND "BURMAH 1886". There is an inscription in Burmese on both guns.
Provenance
According to the accompanying plaque, this gun was taken at Mandalay, Burma (now Myanmar), in 1886, during the Third Anglo-Burmese War.
