A gold and turquoise locket in the form of a heart-shaped padlock. The front decorated all over with small turquoise beads and the back engraved with flowers and foliage. Opens to reveal inscription and hair of Princess Augusta Sophia.

Engraved 'The Hair and the last gift of Aunt Augusta, May 22. 1820'. Belonged to Queen Victoria.
