Engraving of Margaret of Denmark, Queen of Scotland. Half length with crown, jewelled hair net, jewelled necklace, embroidered gown with jewelled bodice and ermine edged skirt. With English inscription below, including publisher's address, 'London Published by I Herbert July 1 1795.' A detail from one panel from the Trinity Altarpiece, (see RCIN 403260) which depicts Queen Margaret, James III, and their son James IV presented to the Virgin by Saint George and Saint Andrew.
