Etching with hand-colouring of Geoffrey Plantagenet, Count of Anjou. View of the effigy of Geoffrey Plantagenet, from an enamelled table formerly in Church of St Julian at Mans. Whole length, with helmet and robes, holding a shield in left hand and a sword in right. With a scale to the right. With English inscription, including publisher's address, 'London Published as the Act directs, Augt. 1819 by C. A. Stothard Jun. 28 Newman Street Oxford Street.' Plate from Charles Alfred Stothard's The Monumental Effigies of Great Britain, which he worked on from 1811 until his death in 1821. Following his death in 1821 his widow Anna Eliza Bray, re-issued the plates individually and then as a full series in 1832.
