Portrait and frontispiece of Clenodiographia Imperialis, sive de insignium imperii romano-germanici origine de fatis praecipuis, published by August Friedrich von Zanthier in 1725. Folded in half. The left side features a full length portrait of Sigismundus, Holy Roman Emperor, wearing the Imperial Crown of the Holy Roman Empire and a mantle while holding an orb and sceptre. The right side features the book's frontispiece, with the Latin inscription 'AUGUST FRIDER DE ZANTHIE. EQUITIS ANHALTINI. CLENODIOGRAPHIA IMPERIALIS. SIVE DE INSIGNIUM IMPERII ROMANO-GERMANICI. ORIGINE DE FATIS PRAECIPIUS.' Two-thirds down the page are etchings of the two sides of a coin/medal. The obverse features a half length portrait of Sigismundus wearing a crown and mantle while carrying an orb and sceptre, surrounded by the Latin inscription 'SIGISMVNDVS. ROM. IMPERATOR'. The reverse features a sword and scabbard surrounded by the Latin inscription 'DE PRAESEPI. DOMINI. DE CRUC. DOMINI.' The two pages have been cut from the whole complete work.
