Mezzotint of Prince Louis Ferdinand of Prussia. Bust length in profile right with short hair, plain tie, sash, and braided uniform. Oval with English inscription below, including publisher's address, 'London Published April 13th 1807 by P. E. Ströhling, 13 Henrietta Street, Covent Garden.'
A print published shortly after the death of Prince Louis Ferdinand at the Battle of Saalfeld in 1806, leading Prussian troops against First French Empire during the Napoleonic Wars. -
