Three quarter length as children, with Prince George seated with short hair, lace collar and jacket holding a toy, beside his sister, Princess Augsta, with curled hair and frill edged gown. With three shells on a table to the right, and a dog to the left, and with drapery in the background. Within an etched border, with English inscription below, including publisher's address, 'London, Published January 1st. 1827 - Royal Subscription Library, opposite St. James's Palace.'
