Mezzotint of six children of George III. Whole length figures of Princess Augusta, Princess Elizabeth, Prince Ernest, Prince Augustus, Prince Adolphus, and Princess Mary. In the centre, the infant Princess Mary is supported by her two elder sisters, Princess Augustua and Princess Elizabeth, both with lace caps, frilled bodices and full gowns, and by her brother Prince Adolphus dressed in a plain gown. To the left are the figures of Prince Ernest, and Prince Augustus, who hold a robe attached to a cart on which their brother and sisters sit. To the left there are flowers, a drum, and a small spaniel playing with a ball, and with drapery in the background. With coat of arms and English inscription below, including publisher's address, 'Publish'd Septr: 29th, 1778 by John Boydell Engraver in Cheapside London.'
