Sèvres soft-paste porcelain milk cup, cover and saucer. Beau bleu ground with gilded decoration. Three of the five reserves are painted in polychrome with putti in landscape settings (one on the cup and two on the saucer), and two (on the cover) with trophies, also in polychrome. The cup, which is in the form of an inverted and truncated cone, is fitted with a white and gold handle composed of two entwined branches. The domed cover is accompanied by a white and gold carnation knob. The saucer has a deep well to accommodate the cup and a broad flat rim.
