Egg-cup stand and egg-cups hallmark 1813/14

A rectangular silver-gilt egg-cup stand with six egg cups. The stand has a central loop handle on acanthus supports, above six openwork frames for the egg cups and ropework loops for the spoons. The base has a gadrooned rim interspersed with shells, on four lotus leaf feet. The egg cups have chased borders of scallop shells and lotus buds.
